  2. Great stuff Julie I'm so pleased! Lots to do around this area (Stratford upon Avon about 15 minutes drive away, Warwick Castle about 5 minutes, Kenilworth Castle about 15 minutes. National Trust properties at Charlecote, Baddesley Clinton, Upton House to name but 3. Leamington has good shops and lovely parks including the Best Victorian Riverscape in Europe if you fancy a quick row, Warwick town centre is not so hot but is pretty abd there's Hill Close Gardens which are reclaimed Victorian Pleasure gardens with a cafe. stratford has the theatres of course and a lovely waterfront to take boats out on and pootle around eating ice creams. Rugby school (the home of the game) is about 1/2 hr away, as is Banbury. The list goes on and on!!! Anybody out there wanting information?? Just ask. A xx

The opening of the exhibition is on Friday from 1pm and will involve nibbles and meeting everyone. There will be talks and hopefully very short demos. The rest of the Gallery is worth looking at too, and there's plenty of places for lunch. Off road parking is limited to 2 hours so try for a car park of which there are many.

Portrait in parts
